Step 1: Choose Your Form Type

HubSpot offers various form types tailored to different purposes:

  • Embedded Form: It's like a form that sits right on a webpage where you can fill it out without leaving.

  • Standalone Page: This is when the form has its own special page just for filling it out.

  • Pop-Up Box: It's a little box that suddenly appears on your screen asking you to fill out a form.

  • Dropdown Banner: It's like a small message that drops down from the top of the page when you click on it, inviting you to fill out a form.

  • Slide-in Left and Right Box: These are boxes that slide onto the screen from either the left or right side, giving you space to fill out a form or see information without blocking the main page.

Step 2: Select a Template

Explore HubSpot's library of professionally designed form templates. Choose one that aligns with your branding or customize it to match your style perfectly.

Step 3: Customize Your Form Fields

Tailor your form fields to collect the information you need from your leads. With options like text fields, dropdown menus, and checkboxes, you can create a form that suits your specific requirements. You can also create new properties to be used as fields in your form.

Step 4: Add Confirmation and Notifications

After form submission, deliver a personalized confirmation message to thank visitors and provide additional information if needed. Set up email notifications to ensure your team stays informed and can follow up with leads promptly. Or you can redirect to an external URL.

Step 5: Style and Preview

Style customization allows users to personalize the appearance of forms, adjusting colors, fonts, and layout to align with their brand. Preview features provide a glimpse of how the form will appear to visitors, allowing for adjustments before deployment, and ensuring it's visually appealing and user-friendly.
